About Me
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, stress, and recovery-related issues. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or looking to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
As someone with over eight years in recovery, I have a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to make changes and seek support. While every person's journey is unique, this experience has strengthened my belief that lasting growth is possible.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me spending time with my husband and our pets or enjoying a board game night with friends. I value connection, authenticity, and a healthy sense of humor, and I bring those qualities into my work as a therapist.
I look forward to helping you build a life that feels more balanced, connected, and aligned with your goals.
